By accessing or using the 365 Weapons website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our firearm customization services.
2. Services Offered
365 Weapons provides professional firearm customization services, including but not limited to:
- Pistol Porting: Precision porting services for slides and barrels
- Optic Cuts: Professional milling for red dot optic mounting
- Slide Engraving: Custom laser engraving and design work
- Glock Stippling: Custom grip texturing and enhancement
- Slide Polishing: Professional finish and polish services
- Cerakote Application: Durable ceramic coating in various colors
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to own firearms in your jurisdiction to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to own the firearm components being serviced and that you are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. Order Process
Placing Orders
Orders are placed through our website. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and packing slip with detailed shipping instructions.
Shipping Components
You are responsible for shipping your components to our facility. Please follow the packing slip instructions carefully. See our Shipping Info page for detailed requirements.
Processing Time
Processing times vary by service type and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are provided on each service page. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Payment is required in full at the time of order placement
- We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Sales tax will be applied where applicable
6. Shipping and Insurance
Important: You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance to our facility.
- Customer is responsible for shipping items to 365 Weapons
- Return shipping includes $100 standard insurance coverage
- Optional insurance upgrade: $25 for $1,000 coverage
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation
- 365 Weapons is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our facility
7. Service Limitations
Important Restrictions
- DO NOT send complete firearms or lower receivers
- DO NOT send ammunition of any kind
- Only send the components specified for your service type
We reserve the right to refuse service on any item that we determine cannot be safely or properly serviced. If we cannot complete your service, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include a refund (minus any applicable fees) or return of your item.
8. Warranty and Liability
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues related to our workmanship, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Limitation of Liability
365 Weapons' liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. By using our services, you acknowledge that firearm modifications may affect the original manufacturer's warranty.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that modifications to firearm components carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for the safe and legal use of any modified components.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before you ship your components
- After Receipt: Once we receive your components, refunds are at our discretion
- Completed Work: No refunds for completed services unless there is a workmanship defect
- Design Approval: For custom engraving, ensure design approval before work begins
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of 365 Weapons and is protected by copyright laws. Custom designs created for engraving services may be retained by 365 Weapons for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
11. Partner/Vendor Accounts
Gun stores and authorized dealers may apply for partner accounts. Partner accounts are subject to additional terms and approval. Partners agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding firearm sales and modifications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
